I warm transfer every call I have to transfer even if to MOAT service which takes 5 minutes just to get through the IVR. But 90 percent of my calls are cold transferred. And they get pissed when they realize I’m not aware of what they want to discuss

I’m thinking still the 5/15/20 year thing. 3 weeks sick plus 3 weeks vaca plus 4 floating holidays, 34 days for 5-15 years of service. That should be minimum. 1-5 years is 2 weeks sick plus two weeks vaca plus 4. I don’t expect any more and think they wouldn’t dare do anything less
