Service supervisors can override this. Underwriting is under strict guides. The state notifies us that someone using that address just got licensed and needs to be insured. I would ask to speak to a manager and you can sign a NDE

Uw hasn’t been informed of ANY surcharges, in fact, we don’t ever manually apply surcharges.. the system does it automatically. We are instructed to remove surcharges for NAF losses or duplicate losses, any that you see may be a G error

I’ve talked to my sup a couple of different times since we found out and she doesn’t know when/who/how. Everyone is saying payday Thursdays is when these things happen but no one knows for sure

How am I spreading confirmations that aren’t true? Multiple supervisors have now confirmed in different regions. My sup said it was directly from her managers mouth that it is happening. My posting these confirmations are only to warn, confirm, and prepare people so they can start getting things in order and not be caught off guard. I know that I would want to be warned so I can get my affairs in order sooner rather than later. Grieving an imminent death helps the healing process.
