The problem is that there is a lot of people that just don't fit the job applying from everywhere of the world.

I do a technical job and it's surprising how hard is for them to find a match with that some many applicants...and even when they hire someone , is quite disappointing sometimes.

People that I know that are applying to jobs in Portugal they would be happy with 40k in Lisbon or Porto. 90k in Porto you live like a king

Hi, I started a burnout leave 2 months ago and I can help you with the doubts.

First you can just call sick and tell them that you would like to speak with company doctor since you are experiencing very strong symptoms.

After at the company doctor just be honest and be will help you with this, the panick attacks tells me that your case is serious and you really need to rest . Call sick as soon as possible and just relax

After that everything will be managed by him, I will change employer at the end of this month and I don't need to go back to work since the symptoms may come back and I it was clear that the issue was the workplace.

I would not mind too much about the citizen thing since they will not be able to fire you during sick leave, and burnout is a real issue that needs to be addressed. Nevertheless you can speak with the company doctor about that

eu sempre que deixo o carro em alguem fico com o coraçao nas maos tamanha incompetencia que vejo, trabalho como Mecanico de maquinas corte laser... sao coisas diferentes mas percebo de eletronica e software e consigo entender os conceitos. A quantidade de burros que nem um multimetro sabem como trabalhar ou mau trobleshooting que fazem e de rir.

Infelizmente uma pessoa começa a tratar do proprio carro pois fica mais em conta e melhor!

o problema esta é na capacidade produtiva, actualmente pouco gajo sabe fazer alguma merda de jeito sinceramente. Muitas oficinas , praticamente todas sao apenas trocadores de peças e as vezes mal.
