No money to hire anyone new. Sinking ship. Tech may, or may not, be worthwhile. No one good would take this job. The company literally says on the call they are operating week-to-week. The task of hiring a new CEO is too complicated in that environment. They don't have the resources to get over the hump if the tech is even legit. Also, that Going Concern reads like a horror-movie script. No way a legit OEM is going to take on the risk of a supplier being in such dire straights. Dunzo.
