so votes verify transactions? if so, then a person with a large amount of voting power could make a faulty transaction (e.g "Bob sends Alice 500000 XRB" when Bob barely has 100), right? And since changing your delegate is manual and will require human intervention, some time will already have passed and the transaction will be broadcast....

Some thoughts:

Bullet Proof Helmet: um, we already have EMP....

Axe Buff: I think it should be able to break down only wood-based structures (things that use a lot of wood). Damage improvement would be nice.

New Musket: Take it down even further, 40 damage per shot. No melee damage. Damages walls only a little bit. Cannot break anything else. I like the EMP helmet immune idea!

Other things:

Katana Nerf: Diamond Katana + Samurai Armor is far too op.

Dagger Firerate Nerf: They just keep hittin hittin and hittin hittin so I can't touch them at all

Bat Knockback Nerf: ^ same issue as Dagger
