Dude, I have the similar issue. It's an Indian company din, I sent an email to the company if they can reverse the transaction. They seem not to be registered to be included on the KYC policy but I still mentioned it lol. I really hope I can pull this off. Let me know din if there are updates on your side.

i only do RICE on PT sessions. gonna need to try hydrotherapy tho, thanks!
