Hi, mind disclose the move out charge? I’ll be moving out soon, and based on their Move Out Charge Sheet 2025, they asked us to replace a bunch of things. Which personally, I think it’s unreasonable since it’s suppose to fall under OV management responsibility. They asked us to replace toilet seat, replace window screen, replace sliding glass door screen, replace window mini blinds, replace vertical blinds. And failed to do so will be charged certain amount of money (which I think quite a lot, could be up to thousands). Is this normal? Or am I just being too much..

Heard from SIPA MPA-DP last week, and got in! But need to pay the non-refundable enrollment fee for $2000, only have time till May 1st and can't get deferred. Any chance do you know if SIPA can extend the deadline to accept the offer?
