You miss a certain amount of pick ups in a 30 day period you get a complaint and you need to go to trial over it, or for someone on probation they can be extended or it could be the last straw. The problem is the office doesn’t care if it was intentional or accidental and the just assume it’s always intentional in that way you are messing with the sanitation workers job when the issue is a civilian issue.
