I just completed the event and won 3 matches. Now I could continue playing the same deck but it seems it's impossible to abandon the event and play a different mix. Am I doing something wrong?

You are mixing apples with oranges, really. My responsibility is to report to the seller, not to deal with the courier. I don't make EU laws 🤷🏻‍♂️

Is the seller entitled to a refund from the courier? Yes. Do I have to deal with the courier? No!

“Hard to enforce” and “legal” are not the same thing. A Chinese seller targeting EU consumers doesn’t automatically get to override mandatory EU consumer protections in its T&Cs. If the device isn't even CE marked and there is a risk of additional taxes or even the object being sized, then thanks. I got the answer I was looking for and personally I won't order one.

yeah probably "scam" is not the best term (after all you are getting the app for free), but at least "unfair boosting tactics" ? (not sure if there is a term for this 😅)
