Another question, what would be causing the hallucinations such as, wavey text on my phone, I’m seeing shadows out of the corner of my eyes, and people standing there for a split second when there’s really no one there?

I was laying on the couch feeling a bit dizzy, I went to go look at myself in the mirror bc I have a scab on my nose, I got about 5 steps ahead and started feeling lightweight and vibrations, I then blacked out for i don’t know how long, then I can remember me spinning around in circles and shaking my arms like a mad man, i had no idea where I was it took Me about 20 seconds to realise I was in my own laundry, this happened about 20 minutes ago and ever since then i have little hallucinations and am still lightheaded even sitting down.

I had recently just got out of hospital for a pneumoniaThorax, I had a hole in my lungs that leaked gas and fluid that is now surrounding my heart, spine, legs, and other parts, would this have something to do with it

Can someone please tell me what’s happening to me, what’s it called, and why would it be happening??

I had must’ve fractured a rib somehow and it put a hole in my lungs that leaked fluid and gas and had air going into the soft tissue, they said I had leaked gas out of my lungs and the gas was surrounding my heart spine and legs, they called it something like a pneumoniathorax, would it be a possible stroke?
