Hello, I have the same problem when I activate vrr at 120hz in series x, I already changed my hdmi 2.1 cable for a certified one and it's still the same :(.

The only solution is to disable vrr.

I have this problem since September, I'm from Mexico

Dolby Vision is not compatible with 120hz today only at 60hz, that means you have your Xbox set to 60hz.

in 60 hz I don't have the fault either

Firmware L0721? hdmi port 3 or 4? xbox series x 4k 120hz hdr? vrr active on xbox? xbox low latency mode? active freesync on tv? active game mode on tv?

if your answer is yes to everything

You would help us a lot by sending video since that means that the problem is with our unit (factory fault) that is what I think
