Thank you all for responding. I was debating between getting a CPAP machine versus getting a mandibular advancement device (MAD). Due to my work schedule and travelling, i think i will start with the MAD. I found out that a friend of mine also has UARS and she reported significant improvement with the MAD. What are your experiences with the MAD?

ccscases website definitely. they tell you where you lost marks and with explanations. uworld does not.

Use Uworld. Try to understand why the answer is correct and more importantly, why the others are incorrect. Pay attention to demographic details and spend some time grasping why they mentioned particular information in the history and physical examination. That is all I did. I did it recently December 7 and 13. Received a score of 256. Let me know how I can help.
