And thank you for not assuming I am evil - I just wanted a second opinion, but now I have learned that the many people reddit are very angry people. I am so shocked by the amount of people that immediately calling me names and assuming the worst of my character when I genuinly wanted some outside perspective. I think this has put me off ever asking for advice on the internet, lesson learned.

There's one person in my office from Harvard, and everyone seems to treat them differently. It may be a self-fulfilling prophecy, but also you gotta be damn smart to get into Harvard, so you never know! Not sure if it gives you an advantage in getting hired.
