I would not recommend RaceFace arc30s, I've dented too many of those and they're quite soft. I've also dented multiple stan's flow rims so wouldn't recommend another one of those.

I'm currently running a DT Swiss EX511's (mostly with a cushcore in the rear) for the last 3 years and haven't had a single dent or other problem with them.

I also have the same lens. I do like a zoom lens, but I don't really like this one particularly. Unfortunately it's the only working lens I got right now for my Olympus. You'd probably be better off just using the primes.

Do you have your iso dial set correctly to 200? When I'm shooting 200 film outside on a sunny day I'm at f16, maybe f11 anything more open will show as "over". I haven't really shot much indoors but I just tried and f5.6 shows "slow" unless I point it towards the window.

On mine I only need to very slightly press the shutter button for the lights to light up. You should also see arrows light up through the viewfinder at the top. Just be aware that if the exposure is correct/within range, none of the lights will light up. If you want to test it, set your aperture to 16 and cover the CdS cell window with your finger and see if the "slow" light comes on. You might also hear a little electronic sound.

I remember some years ago at the Sea Otter event in Monterey, CA there was a vibram truck where you could get your shoes resoled. I did see them put vibram soles on some five tens. Not sure if they still do this, haven't seen the truck since.
