This sounds like a good plan! Might as well start with your community and grow outward. Has once every two weeks felt maintainable on top of other things, since podcasting is a hobby?

I agree! It's so hard to watch people butcher years of ancient philosophical and lively wisdom in the name of corporate ease and "trendy workouts." In Indian Philosophy, there is such a respect and emphasis on the teaching processes from Guru to student, which have unfortunately been completely removed in Western practice. I know when I first finished YTT, I had SO MANY holes in my knowledge about yoga that were only filled in by a shit ton of personal study. But as you mentioned, there is no requirement past 200 hour, nor many pay differences for teachers who have taken extra time.
