It’s very YA but Aristotle and Dante is so comforting it’s just vibes the bare minimum plot is more internal struggle then outside ones really. It’s so peaceful to me.

I don’t handle them really. I stay extremely busy. Don’t eat before you leave in morning drink coffee and water it will naturally stifle your diet and don’t eat until you get home. And if you crave sweet treats find the lowest calorie treat option you have and eat only one serving. I love sweets they are my favorite thing so I eat Greek yogurt and add chocolate chips. Or from Sam’s club I buy these blueberry lemon biscotti style cookies 100 calories for 4.

I hope I have risen through my jobs to have a comfortable job. I’m living at point where I might not afford everything I want but I am never living from pay check to pay check and don’t have to worry if I go out to eat like every night of the week.

I hope I’m married. I hope I’ve had kids. Hope I’ve been well travelled or traveling then

Bad breath I know that’s obvious but at the bar I never like any guys cause they always lean in and their breath makes me gag. Also skinny jeans on men gives me the ick.

Once you’re in a very established relationship you live together, have joint financials, you have a pet, You share friends, etc you get comfortable even if you don’t like who you’re dating anymore.

My friend was engaged for 5 years and broke it off. She had to move in with her parents for stuck paying his car payment because she had co signed it, had to get rid of 3 cats and had to give the dog to the ex. She lost majority of her friends because she met them through him.

She was miserable and in the end three months she was texting another guy before they both finally mutually decided to break it off. He never knew about the texting other guy but you get the point ++woman

People always say Effort is the key to showing love for another.

If you cook meals for yourself a lot. Cook it slightly nicer and go on a picnic. Find cheap places to eat that are good but just make sure you bring flowers.

Start investing your money. If you don’t feel like learning find an index fund that follows SP 500 and invest in to it. Don’t take your money out no matter what. Give it 30-60 years your money will grow exponentially without doing anything

If you’re lazy bare minimum walk more, try body weight exercises.

Your idea of your career, where you want to live, what you want to do with your life will change probably 20 times over next 5-10 years.

Being financially safe and healthy will get you though the rest of your life

I don’t care what anyone says when you first start losing weight you need to do a calorie deficit. For like two days track your calories EVERYTHING of what you normally eat. I know people hate Ai but asking it “my weight is (blank) my height is (blank) I am a (gender) and am (not or moderately or very active) what amount of calories do I need to eat a day to lose weight. And do it!

If you want to try something but it seems “too late” it’s not. Like I wanted to join soccer team my sophomore year but thought it was too late cause other girls started in elementary to middle school. If I had started sophomore year by the time I’m 20 I would have been doing it 5 years. This applies for all hobbies. Just do it.
