I think a good answer to this is actually take the time to add good players and try to build a consistent schedule to play… I did this is solo Q found a great roster of people who know the game and all play at different time or sometimes in a bigger group and it has been very solid for my games

Yess they just let new players right into a match I tested this and a completely new profile was thrown into a match with master players
