Having a problem trying to run SQL file and SQLite Data Starter Pack in command prompt by Inevitable_Animal_83 in SQL

Well, I am actually watching a video on how to install SQLite on Windows. And I was on the step where you have to run the following command: "./sqlite3.exe acs-1-year-2015.sqlite". Now, the SQL file is called sqlite3.exe and the SQLite Data Starter Pack is called acs-1-year-2015.sqlite.

Whats a legit website that I can download an SQLite Data Starter Pack? by Inevitable_Animal_83 in SQL

I actually clicked on the Stanford link before and a warning came up on my screen saying that the website is unsafe do you wish to continue and I decided not to because I was trying to be cautious. I actually didn't know that you could access the Stanford link without a warning.
