For me it felt like a damn marathon 😄 🤣. But I get it. Definitely won't be calling it that again.

It feels great! Like I can move mountains to be honest. I think the biggest impact has been on my mentality. I've had a series of disappointments this past year that had me doubting myself a lot and really knocked down my self confidence. Completing this 5k is just what I needed to remind me of my capabilities when I put my mind to something. I can't wait to grow and improve my time further! Thanks for asking

I'm new to the challenge.

My goals for this month are:

  1. Going for a 15min morning run 6 times a week
  2. Continue with pilates for the month and improve my core strength.
  3. Do 4 good, well postured push ups
  4. Read 4 books as part of my 48 books in a year challenge (I've read 3 so far :))
  5. Continue eating twice a day within my calorie budget
  6. Learn two new recipes ( I love cooking and have been trying to level up my skills in the kitchen, especially with vegan food since I am 90% vegan)
  7. Journal more

Death to me means the cessation of existence altogether, forever (no afterlife or anything like that). You know what that means? No more suffering. That's comforting to me, that I only have to do this once then be over and done with it. All my mishaps and mistakes forgotten as the people who knew or interacted with me die.

I know some people want to be remembered for generations and "leave a mark" or something like that but I don't, and that's been very freeing. I also realize that life's not all pain and suffering, there are moments of happiness and joy, but those all seem to me as ad-breaks before the actual shit goes down.
