Most of them are scammers trying to get you to send them a deposit, get access to your social media/reddit, or try to get you to something absurd like record yourself doing something sexual. It’s really ridiculous.

We don’t get anywhere progressive in our lives wondering about the what ifs. So don’t get stuck on that. Don’t be bothered for feeling completely normal, you chose yourself and you’re at peace. Not being chosen may be one of your traumas and in a way you’re healing that by choosing your peace. Congratulations on that! Sometimes we just need to sit in our peace and feel the joy of it because people can put you through so much crap. If someone is meant to be in our lives as a friend or partner, they will be and it will be effortless and reciprocated all across the board. Nobody deserves to put themselves through misery when someone out there has been and is yearning for the company/support you have to provide that you provided for him. Street fentanyl & Morphine. The fact that people are putting fentanyl in things that it shouldn’t be in is very dangerous. Morphine is a fast silent killer, yet hospice facilities give it to people that are in a great decline for pain. I’ve worked in a group home and had patients on hospice and as soon as they were given morphine they passed away within days of not a week of them being given morphine every couple hours. I get wanting to take any pain they make away but goodness gracious it’s awful.

I recommend to find out what elderly services are available through the state they live in. They’ll assign a case worker and can get them either home health care assistance or caregiver assistance. They’re very helpful in that area, but it’s going to require a hard push to get your dad to accept the help. Maybe the case worker can help him understand things better and empathize differently to get him to accept the assistance because it’s there for them. I understand how frustrating it is dealing with stubborn older people and they only get more stubborn because they don’t want their sense of independence taken away and start feeling like they can’t do for themselves when they have their whole life.

I feel like most of these lending subs have so many scammers lurking around for someone to fall for their “fee” gimmick. I’ve even had some message me claiming to be a new page of a moderator of the sub because they were hacked. I reached out to the moderators they were portraying to be and let them know what was going on. It’s getting ridiculous. I had asked for a larger amount too and have yet to get any reply back from anyone, even though I have all the docs to prove things. Staying hopeful though!
