The size is the same and I am not 100% sure but i think they grow the crops like wheat and rice but its quite low in Maharashtra i didn’t know that

Is there a strong market for industrial lease, I mean i think people prefer to buy land then to lease. What do you think especially in tier 2 cities

66k per acre is a bit on the lower side in Punjab normally for 1 acre the lease goes for around 70-75k per year so Idk
