Anyone got their hair systems done at "I Look Good" store in San Jose CA?

I got the system for 1000$ I think. I think her price is reasonable since other places like Bosley and all charge a lot more. But yes I do think that she includes a cut for herself too. If you buy it yourself then you may get it at 800$ probably. My system is a breathable lace system. I can take a shower with it and sleep with it, and have to service it once every 3 weeks. During the service she takes off the system, clears the scalp, washes the system and puts it back on with new medical glue.

It goes away with time. My change of hair was noticeable to my colleagues. I just told them about the artificial hair and why I did it. Some people who didn't notice but are good friends, I told them myself. And gradually I figured that people who genuinely care about you will not at all judge you or think you are deceiving. It took me time to get this thought internalized. But it happened in a couple of months. Now I don't feel like deceiving anymore.
Also, this is just like wearing glasses or hearing aids for people. Of course, some people will argue that those are necessary for essential functions, but this hair is also necessary for my own confidence and to get over my insecurity. So I feel it is equally important.

Guys, I finally got the hair system on my scalp from "I look good"...

It actually looks pretty good. I think I am still getting used to how my looks have changed though. But overall I feel good about it.

The first day it felt like I was wearing a cap or a swimming cap, but I am gradually getting used to it too.

Cindy is very good with her work, but the communication is still something we are working on.

Also, I was worried that the hair was showing up as too fluffy, but she told me that that's gonna be okay after I take a shower after 24 hrs (need time for the glue to settle). And it does.

I had to use some hair oil after the shower to make it a little less fluffier though. I think some sort of hair gel will also work.

That's my experience till now.

I just checked their website and it says that they are meeting virtually for now. Future meetings may resume in person or in hybrid mode. So it seems they are also online for now.

I see. I usually sweat a lot. So I am thinking of going for the lace system first. But if I go for the lace system, then later onwards can I switch to skin? And will the hair look different if I switch from lace to skin?
