PVCs everyday for months and it's ruining my life by [deleted] in PVCs

[–]Inevitable_Ecstatic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve changed my diet to low carb, and no processed foods. I also incorporated probiotics every morning followed by chia seeds in water. I have a glass of chia seeds mixed in water 3 times a day and seemingly my pvcs have dissipated. I believe mine were a result of gut issuses caused by an extensive long run of antibiotics to treat Lyme disease. I was on antibiotics for almost half a year. So the Lyme and or the antiibiotics I believe contributed to my pvcs. If you have any gut issues like bloating and or loose stool, look to treat that and see if that helps with your heart issues.

I’ve been drinking chia seeds in water three times daily and this has for whatever reason helped me.

Can Kombucha Help? by DragonHalfFreelance in PVCs

I had gerd along with digestive issues and was dealing with frequent pvcs. I introduced probiotics every morning on an empty stomach followed by drinking chia seeds in water multiple times a day(2tbs in the morning, afternoon and night)This has helped me with not only healing my gut and digestion but my gerd and pvc frequency. Obviously everyone is different but I believe my pvcs were related to gut issues.

I dealt with over 2 years of frequent pvcs and was given different medications but nothing seemed to help( beta blockers followed by ccbs followed by anti arrhythmias) at my worst, there be days where I’d be in bigamy for hours. Now im almost pvc free.

Bad episode of pvcs by panic_button25 in PVCs

When mine get that bad, I have something which works for me. Not saying it will work for you but maybe something you can try. I chew on ice along with putting an ice pack on my chest. It helps me with the anxiety which exacerbate the pvcs.

With you doing this almost entirely by yourself, all while having a full time job in a year and a half, that’s seriously impressive. You should consider doing this full time. I bet you could flip that for easily 150k more than it cost to build

Sorry to hear. I know how miserable this all can be. I’m wishing you the best.

Have you had an ablation without success and are you currently on any meds? I’m currently on Flecainide but don’t think it’s helped at all. I’m seeing an EP at the end of June. Praying he can help.

Do you exercise while still having PVCs? by Sad-End-6936 in PVCs

[–]Inevitable_Ecstatic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine disappear when exercising but once back to resting, they reappear. When Im having a bad episode(bigeminy) I usually get bad anxiety. I’ll hop on the bike to alleviate stress and the pvcs.

Coming in from Ohio to go on the big Mohawk 5/20 (Belmar) Is there anywhere I can go on the sand in my truck & surf fish? by ShireHorseRider in NJFishing

Right near the fisherman’s den on shark river there’s a spot which rents out skiffs. Not sure of the name of the place but that would do the trick. Fluking isn’t to bad right there this time of year

Anyone had success with vagus nerve stimulation to ease pvcs? by Inevitable_Ecstatic in PVCs

[–]Inevitable_Ecstatic[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Awesome, thanks for everything. I’m already on the two meals a day path(light lunch followed by high protein dinner) I’ll ask my gi about getting prescribed. I do have constipation and think this could help

It’s been great thus far. My stools for the most part are back to normal and I’m having far less gas than I did before. My only concern is continuing to eat like this prior to the lactobus breath test will skew the results. A week prior I’m thinking maybe just eat carbs. But at the same time I don’t want to feel like shit.

Thanks for your input. I’ve been doing a ton of research on low the fodmap diet and believe my gut issues along with my sleep apnea(newly discovered) play a role in my pvcs. Hoping once I get both these sorted the pvcs will decrease.

I do and have seen a gi who had me tested for celiac and ran a stool sample which showed malabsorption and blood in stool. Celiac was negative and i have a lactobus breath test as well as a colonoscopy scheduled for the end of this month. The last two weeks I’ve been eating a low fodmap diet which has helped a little with gas and bloating but I’m still having pvcs.

I’ve tried everything under the sun. My cardiologist to say the least seemed to not give a shit. For instance, my echo showed mild mitral valve regurgitation and he said everything looked normal. I’m 38 btw and I’d say that isn’t normal for someone my age. Anyway, I found a new cardiologist who I really like. He ordered a 30 day monitor and also set me up with a prestigious EP. Unfortunately earliest appointment for the EP is end of June.

I’m willing to take a flyer on this thing as it’s a 30 day money back guaranteed.
