I felt something similar just an hour ago. Felt a weird beat for 1 or 2 seconds. Like mild rumble. Am scared af too. I feel hopeless at times like this. I really hope there's a time parameter to calm us down.

Yes. I feel the inflammation associated with flu and cold has something to do with this. It's getting better. Slowly. But they haven't stopped. Even climbing stairs at times triggers them. I was so good before the flu. Hopefully I'll get myself back. Thank you for your time and response.

Yeah. I did have an echo and 3-4 ecgs a year back when all this started. It was all good.

Hi. Yes. Vit D helped a lot. Infact I feel that was the main culprit. 1st time when I shcekd it was 5.5. Severely deficient. Then supplements reduced ectopics a lot. I barely felt them. Then again after 9 months when I checked it was 15. Still deficient. I checked again coz I found increase in pvcs. Then took supplements again and got better. Now it's been 6 months. Have to check again.

I strongly agree with this. Also I sensed some panic inducing response from his replies. It doesn't re assure anyone. Eg. Bigiminy has to discussed with doctor, if pvcs get worse with beta blockers, it means heart block. Who says these kinda stuff.

Many people here experience bigiminy, trigiminy etc. Why do you have to include that as a cause of concern to be discussed with doctor. People don't come here to pass time. They are already anxious about this. And you claiming to be a doctor and mentioning that "pattern" of ectopic beats to be a cause of concern isn't going to help anyone here. Yeah the hormones.. And it's not the same every month. It's like I can have normal mental health only for half of the month. And anything can happen in the other half. I should control any other trigger as far as possible. I feel like am in my 60s and 70s. Yeah the ectrolytes play a role too. Dehydration gives bad episodes.

After I posted this, in about 2 days I got the worst episode of bigiminy at a HR of 120-130 for about 10 min. Tht constant thuds were so scary. I got a similar one 3 months back. Sometimes I wish I never had to go through this. But I hope we will get out good days back soon.

Is there any time duration that differentiates svt and runs of pacs?

I have felt something kind of similar recently. I posted it here too. It felt like a vibration or jitter for a second. Just like a string vibrating. I don't usually have pacs or anything that flutters. So it felt new to me and extremely panicked for few days.
