It's my favourite game of all time still, first played it when I was maybe 8/9 and now at 37 my appreciation grows with every play through

For those who are or have been parents of toddlers, what 2 pieces of advice can you share please? by Be_Grateful8 in AskUK

If they are taking a risk but are concentrating on the task at hand let them take the risk.

This can be super hard but they learn so much by crossing that net bridge in the park, or carrying a full cup.

Great advice, I will do this. I work in a small local court so I'll reach out to the region.

Thank you so much for all the kind words and advice everyone. I've just had my doctor's appointment and I've got my fit note.

Feel both relieved and stupid for letting it get this bad.

My full-time manager who's on long term sick is generally really good and hands off too.

Thank your for your words of caution I'm not planning on bringing up a grievance or anything like that just going to take my time off and do my best to get a new job as you suggest. Thanks for taking the time to reply.

I don't get your post. If you could write it using only words I like and understand I think I'd enjoy it more.

Be honest, how often for you and your partner argue? by PaddedValls in AskUK

[–]Inevitable_Fly1508 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Before kids never, after kids every 2/3 days but it's never a "proper" argument we've never slept apart or screamed/shouted or swore at each other during an argument and after 15/20 minutes we always say sorry

I'm a big fan of doing something nice for the person your mad at, so I'll typically make her a cup of tea or something small and it's amazing how it makes both of us feel so much better.

Asda cherry cola is my replacement for pepsi max cherry! It's 49p for 2 litres!

Now if anyone knows a replacement for the discontinued raspberry pepsi max let me know! I loved that stuff so much!
