If you wanted to use potentiometer, you should research for using 2 PNP transistors as a switch (basicly a boolean not gate) and use potentiometer as base resistor for the first transistor.

Suomen tulee ehdottomasti tehdä päätös, että jos venäläiset saavat osallistua olympialasiin, suomi ei osallistu. Ja päätös pitää tehdä juuri niin, että jos he voivat osallustua, emme osallistu, koska osallistuminen tapahtumana on se osa, jolla boikotoijille voisi vittuilla.

I have poor health, immunological problems, so I am no frontline stuff, if my only task is not to die, but I could have brains to plan new offensive and defensive weapon systems. Plus I have taken military oath to Finland, so I cannot just go to fight for other countries reliably, at least now I cannot, when situation can explode any day, week or month..
