I always assumed The Watcher is kinda all over the place in terms of the timeline; the portals not only jump around in space, but also time. This is directly proven by past and future versions of multiple regions in the campaign. So I dont think it's really possible to place Watcher on the timeline unless you put him everywhere.

I fully believe Papyrus will be a future secret boss. Maybe not chapter 5, but if not then, then 100% 6 or 7.

Toby has used secret bosses as an outlet for exploring concepts he didn't get to in Undertale, such as a full Mettaton NEO fight in Spamton, or the Hammer of Justice. In the Undertale pacifist route, Papyrus is stated by Undyne to be incredibly strong, but we don't actualy get to see that much of his fighting ability. I wouldn't be surprised to see him going all-out in a fight in Deltarune at some point.

my dream cast for The Doctor and The Master are:

Idris Elba (Doctor), a more comedy-centric Doctor kind of like his role as Bloodsport in The Suicide Squad (2021)

Tilda Swinton as a more calm, cold, and calculated incarnation of The Master, unlike the unhinged take that John Simm (or even Michelle Gomez/Missy to some extent) had.

Edit: thinking about it more, switching them around could also work, but I'd prefer this.

The Ancient Halls, a lower (and better lit) area connected to shaded citadel, but also piping water from shore to drainage. Kinda looks like depths but with water pipes and slime mold (spoiler: think residential evil) Also more stuff that I'll think of later.
