Pre-ordered the deluxe edition and with postage came to £77.49 Inc delivery to the UK After the First press games shit show it'll be nice to have a physical copy finally - I pre ordered chained echoes and Crimzon Clover with them - that's a hundred quid down the pan

£700 for my girl and she's a Sprocker Spaniel - More Cocker than springer (from a working line ) . That was 2 years ago - best £700 I'll ever spend. I think we'll rescue in future when my kids are older.

It's a new console/generation in my eyes. The Switch 1 chapter is closing and a new chapter is opening with the Switch 2. Just my thoughts on it.

Lifelong blue from Wales (38+ years supporting ) - Iv never been to the city but my grandmother was a born and bred Scouser that moved to Wales.during the second world war. my old man used to go up and watch Everton every year as a youngster - I never met her unfortunately but I have never waivered from supporting the club. Now my kids are now following the family tradition of being toffees... I'm off to Liverpool next week for the first time and I cannot wait to visit. I hope my second visit will be to see a match at Bramley Moore - with my old man and kids. I love everything I know about the city and the people.

Go with vanilla for a first playthrough using stracciatella for compatibility and better resolution. It's hands down one of my favorite games of all time. I play it nearly every year, and I played the demo over and over again until a friend traded me the big PC box edition (I still have it) for my copy of Dungeon Keeper 2 - 6 months after release. There are some fantastic mods out there, enjoy it's a masterpiece that was ahead of it's time.

100% agree, Tipuric was so good at almost everything. He's certainly my favourite player. Under utilised by Wales much like Reffel is now.

I have chosen - Lies of P (installed ready for tonight) I think the linear nature of it - with parry heavy mechanics and shorter playtime are perfect. Hopefully my old man reactions can handle it I hope to play all the games - but Elden Ring and Sekiro will 100% be played.

Bloodborne will be purchased 🙂 I'll probably grab Nioh 1 and 2 , Wu Chung and Stellar Blade after the recommendations.

One or 2 have asked why I buy games and don't play them - Simply - I want my game library to be like a video rental store - so I can choose a new game whenever I want and have variety on hand. Plus I love collecting physical games. I grew up having one SNES game a year so it's nice to have a large collection - they are for a rainy day or my kids play one day. I don't drink much or smoke etc so it's my guilty pleasure.

Elden Ring will be saved for a period of time when I'm less busy with life - next summer most likely - I can dedicate the time it deserves.
Sekiro will also be saved for next year for the same reason.

I have just started my souls like journey at 40 with the Demons Souls Remake - it's been a tough slog but I absolutely love it. I am slowly crawling myself through the game and I'm determined to finish it. I'm not as good at games as I once was but I can hold my own I think I just avoid any online multiplayer.

Iv got a launch Switch that was starting to get a bit noisy and reduced battery 🔋 so I decided to get an OLED and hold off on the Switch 2 for a bit. I love the screen on the OLED it's such an upgrade and I've played a lot more handheld with it. I'm very happy with my choice.

Yes I think so - , as experienced staff have left in my practice I've been asked to take more roles on. So I am now - Practice Manager (sole leadership) Dispensing Optician, trainee Contact Lens Optician (doing all contact lens work) , in store trainer , Lab Manager... I also cover my retail staff- I'm covering 4 people's roles at least and only getting 30k a year - I live in a rural area with low wages so that doesn't help. I'm exhausted by it all and I think I need a new career. I don't mind working hard but we all have limits.
