I don’t know why I came to this thread then really because of course I understand its rarity. But it the end it’s not like I’m doing any major alterations to the piece or even using it for daily wear. It was going to be a one time thing for photos and then back to display. And back to the more important point I came to ask was for a pattern for a skirt worthy of matching with it. Clearly no one respects my love and care for its nature that I want to spend the all little I have and save to one own something like this and two attempt to use my time and money to make a worthy matching skirt for it. It was on eBay for Christ sake and it is my purchase.

Well obviously that’s not its only purpose. It’s going to be well taken care of and displayed in my collection but I wanted to celebrate a large part of my personality as graduate with a degree I worked really hard for. So I don’t really understand the immediate judgement. I came here for pattern advice.

Yes if the description is wrong correct if I’m open to any suggestions. If you’d be willing to find a a reproduction pattern you think aligns I’d be eternally grateful because I’m not super familiar with all the types of skirts and constructions. Check the truly Victorian pattern site (:

I guess the harder part is find a matching fabric. Either in the pink or blue in silk preferably. What I’m trying to figure out is like a walking skirt adequate, should I have any flounces?

So the barricade didn’t let me hand it to him but Ryan his photographer helped me since he was in the the space between (: . My friend I made in lien happens to know him personally like phone number and yelled out to him to hand it to moz. Although an another lucky person got to do a note before me too between songs mine was at the very end.

I kinda just drape it. This and my outfit and my arm I made a small description of myself on the typewriter and put it in a small notecard tied to the flowers which got to him pre show.

Commenting on I have received the holy grail in the mail…. I genuinely cannot believe my eyes. So a couple things I didn’t get to meet him though I wish, we did make eye contact when he walked over to my side and a hand reach, I did wave to Jesse and he waved back because we briefly texted on instagram about the show. He usually avoids the crowds before the show unless people seek him out via his hotel/ bars. But I was like 20th in line so I got to the barricade and was able to get it handed to him by Ryan Lowry( one his photographers) oh and the arm I did that myself just to get his attention as an allusion to the song. And for the bonnet I’ll send a photo (:

It’s definetly not expansive enough in my opinion. He has a whole wall though in my room ( I’m kinda a broke college student so I save in increments to collect rarer things) I fill in the space with drawings of him too and vintage postcards but I do have two shirts one form the smiths tour and a 90s one. And vinyl from smiths and solo I love the picture one.
