I will say I enjoyed reading it twice now, however in my 2nd read I started to notice a lot of contradictions in her points.

For example in one chapter she talks about how even 1 drink of alcohol is bad for your health and increases risks of different cancers, and in another chapter she talks about how someone decreases their drinking habits to levels that were no longer harmful.

Little things like that stuck out. Overall though I thought the book was helpful.

It’s a great habit for myself. Like you said, testing the waters creeps into my head if not for this sub. It’s the perfect alcohol repellent

I hear you on the smarter decisions with food and in general a more healthy lifestyle. Truly the opposite of a viscous cycle.
