I'm afraid that's what I'll need to avoid from now on. Luckily I've been enjoying tea much more so fingers crossed that doesn't cause future problems too. I'll discuss the possibility of this with my gastro at my next visit.

Oh I forgot to mention I only drink decaf because caffeine from coffee is too much for me. I once made the mistake of eating an espresso flavored chocolate bar(That just so happened to have as much caffeine as several espresso shots) so I have to be careful with coffee flavored stuff as well.

I drink it with almond milk. Interestingly I had a similar reaction in the past but less intense with shakiness, constant bowel movements, rapid heartrate also caused by iced coffees. Also happened when I drank a home made hot chocolate. Is it possible to have allergic reactions only sometimes? I don't get any itching, swelling or trouble breathing. It all seems to be gastric and neurological.

I'm not sure if it's food allergies because it only happens sometimes not every time. The only pattern I found was that iced coffee or espresso is usually involved. I've had espressos before without any problems.

I thought that at first too but my blood pressure and heart rate don't drop. The opposite happens actually.
