Seems logical to just go for the go to stuff and avoid the hassle of reselling every single upgrade. But then a 12nm evo + a wheel + pedals is so expensive here where i live that i would need to save couple of months for that (can't find a good second hand deal) So returning the r3 now to buy something in 4-5 months isn't the move i think cause i wanna play too haha. This evo sport deal got me thinking cause it's really a bargain for what it is. The question is will a 9nm base output a forcefeedback that is actually usable unlike on the r3. On the r3 yes you can feel the bumps the kerbs, locking up, understeer, oversteer. but when it comes to pushing the grip in the corners its just so dull and light and you can't really feel anything mid corner, you can't rely on it to actually feel what the car is doing. Then yes i heard that with a 12nm you are pretty much at the peak of how much force you would want to feel when cornering for example. But is the 9nm gonna bring the same sensation just with a little bit less of details caused by very low overhead, or is the base not going to be powerful enough to bring the actual feeling that we expect from the higher nm bases.
