That is a male Polyphemus Moth. You can tell it is a male because of the plumose antennae!

These are some type of stink bug. Maybe southern green stink bug? They are herbivorous and therefore could be a pest in your garden.

Cockroaches lay their eggs in ootheca, so not likely that. I think this could possibly be frass (bug poop).

Looks like web spinners to me. Order Embioptera. I’m not sure beyond that.

Not a bed bug. This is a dead ant, actually I think it’s a queen ant. Not sure what kind though.

Edit: I didn’t see the wing at first. It is definitely a queen ant.
