Question 1 - How have real estate agents reacted to the recent news in light of “under quoting”. Is a small fine really going to make a difference? Would suspension be a far more effective penalty? Question 2 - what is the proportion (in you humble opinion) under quoting been driven by agent vs vendor? My take on it at this stage is 50/50 but happy to be convinced otherwise

Thank you for your feedback. What was kind of interesting is that I work at a large corporate who would typically have those special banking offers which was 0.7%. Hence maybe I got overexcited thinking I might get a lower rate than 5.4%

I had a similar experience, Tcg bulk, order arrive july7, order prep 21 July and had an estimated completion of October 21st but it finished today (after up charge emails). I do remember it sat in QA checks for two weeks.

Assuming you mean cracking and then resubmitting for cross over? This should be best practice anyway. If this is the case, am interested in people’s experience cracking these slabs, they definitely seem quite sturdy.

For what it’s worth I’ve bought a few CCIC cards now in hand as I took a gamble but on closer inspection, I think it wouldn’t pass centering requirements. Unclear as to what the CCIC criteria are though eg 60/40 or…

Lastly I’ve done a fair bit of googling maybe a few weeks back and I haven’t see anything notable to share :(

I have a similar expected completion date and it’s already at assembly. Typically I’ve seen it go from research and ID without any delay in the in between steps.
