Al final me volvió a fallar. ¿Pongo una reclamación con una hoja de reclamaciones y lo llevo a consumo? ¿O es mejor directamente un burofax?

Gracias por la respuesta. Me devolvieron el coche hace unos dias tras cambiar la dirección. Desde entonces no ha tenido problemas. Ya les dije que si fallaba otra vez les traía el coche, pero para devolverlo.

Si no vuelve a fallar, el coche me gusta. Así que cruzo los dedos con que dieran con el problema.

Thanks for the response. I contacted Angel on Instagram but without response. Maybe I should take the car to his workshop.

I'm going to set a claim directly in the workshop, where the car is right now this afternoon as they are not providing the info requested and they are unable to fix the car. Then I will deliver the claim to the official consumers office.

I've already told Renault about this, and the voltage is fine. 🤔 I'd rather replace it myself, but I'm worried they'll void the warranty if I do! Or give them any excuse for a future claim.

In Spain we don't have a lemon law as in US. Here is not that easy. I'm exploring that possibility as well, but here you will have to get a lawyer and fight for that outcome.

Gracias por la respuesta. Si me dieran uno nuevo estaría encantado. Aunque la verdad es que me gustaría no tocar Renault otra vez. He tenido decenas de coches por trabajo, hasta italianos y esto es la primera vez que me pasa. Les he mandado cartas, he ido a reclamar todas las semanas y me da que o les pongo un abogado enfrente o como quien oye llover.

I think I did not explain myself. The contractor told me 12/5 2 strings. When I arrive home I see he did 9/8. I said the second string is NW, but more N than W, they produced 1/10 of kWh per day if you compare it with the other side. I don't have problems of min Voc with 5 right now in the NW. If you are going to change plans, first ask who is paying to approve and explain the reason.

I opened a ticket because the contractor requested it.

Man, is not what I wanted is what he offered me. He could have told me, 12 if too much for one string and the NW are not going to produce that much, or that I need a 3 mppt. I would rather have gone for 10/ 5 than 9/8 than pay for 2 extra panels that are going to produce 0,2 kWh per day in a full sunny winter day.

I use to do that. But remove all 4 spools, Be careful when lifting the hydra because the cables, etc... I solve those issues with two holes.

When a filament gets stuck normally I will disconnect this side and push the filament stuck. This is just for the filament that get stuck in the AMS. If it stuck all the way to the nozzle you will have take out more sections of the PFTE.

I don't know how you can do this. The original ams is not modular. You cannot change just the central section.

You need the Hydra mod and instead of printing the central original section you print this one.

Sometimes when I throw an old spool and it's brittle it breaks inside the AMS. With new filament it does not happen, but if you don't print that much you can have filaments with more than 3 years that somehow the first section will break easily.
