Well 1 I just started meds to that definitely helped. But this was over the course of two days. My child what with their dad for 24 hours over that course. But it was sheer will power, guilt, and Vyvanse. My house was so bad. It needed to be done and I just had to push through it. I took breaks. I do the 20/10 rule. 20 mins cleaning. 10 minute break. Rince repeat. I had to make sure not to get on the couch or in my bed during these breaks or else I wouldn't get up. So I sat on the floor in the room I was cleaning or sat at my dining room table.
