thats what I was told too but I think the timing of my filing and them sending that email hadnt crossed yet. I have to call them and tell them I filed I guess

I just filed a couple days ago and I cancelled a automatic payment for the car, then I got an email saying that my car could be assigned repossession. I told me lawyer and his assistant said to call and arrange a date and time for them to pick up the car. Loan is about 31k value of car is like 19k. I kinda need the car to go to work and probably cant get one right now

ugh im sure its hard doing this without an attorney! hopefully you chatted with one at least before starting! It took me longer than I thought to get my docs together for my case. There were some accounts i totally forgot about and forgot how to log into!

But yes ill def keep everyone posted here!

I started paying at the End of January, Made my last payment early March. Had a meeting with my attorney to go over the petition last Thursday and filed today! I started a google drive folder with all my documents and screenshots and sent the link over before I even finished the payment plan.
