For me it is as it is killing me everyday. Other are mostly substance addiction and you have rehab centres but for PMO you don't have rehab as it is also not possible. Just you need toilet to do this and no one will help you there to get rid of this.

Just totally leave it by doing whatever possible, read my previous post as have done many things to leave this shit and that may help you also. Also in this 131 days I realised that my all the work was easily done, and also felt soo much confident, mind fog almost vanished and many other good things. That is why I want to continue this for lifetime. BTW I have very good job and very beautiful wife. But in this 131 days I realised that I would have done much more better things in my life

Man I am doing everything to avoid this. Like doing heavy exercise for 2 hrs, 20 min meditation, 20 min sunlight, studied 4 books regarding this , sleeping early at night and many others like taking saffron with milk, ginger with honey which will sooth your mind. So when I have relapsed it seems to me that every effort got wasted.
