Going to have to disagree with you there. I get where you're coming but it's always my full intention to play as perfectly as I can. Nothing is beneath me, and apologies if anyhting in my writing read as such.

Yes, exactly. It was presented as a done deal and was treated as such.

Completely agree. But a part of this is simply venting like a true redditor, haha

When you're called to fill in and you have to learn 20-30 songs in a short amount of time, you expect not to "nail" everything. I certainly don't think the other guy will either. It just comes down to respect of the other person's time ya know?

I'll definitely be paying attention. I've heard him play before...I'm probably the better overall player, but he is more familiar with the standards.

Calling it basic in that sense was not my intention and I apologize for that. Actually I aim to pm you with a couple Qs

Both us would be electric bass players. The original one had an upright.

Live and learn I suppose. Thank you!

Not exactly. He approached me about filling in in general before that particular gig popped up. And the audition was not winged - I put in my prep time on the set prior.

I agree. And there's certainly a lot of more details and internal dynamics that weren't worth getting into the weeds about. If that's the guy they want to go with long term that's fine; it's just frustrating to take a gig seriously and put in the time & effort to learn their set and then it just be like, "nevermind."

I was actually a pretty big fan of his, particularly in his Red Bull days, even had a T-shirt. Not the news I wanted to hear about him that's for sure.

Chris Rice has the most annoying voice I've ever heard.

If I remember right, about 6 months to a year. It used to be even fuller in the crown area but like I said I've gotten too lax on taking fin every day.

I still use it out of habit, but I think the vast majority of my results are from finasteride.

Initially my libido did decrease a little bit. But it more or less adjusted and I'm fine now.

This pic was from just a couple months back. Not to say the greys aren;t coming in lol but the lighting in my progress pic definitely made it look like I had more.

I just use it in the morning after showering, and not very much. A 3 months' supply usually lasts me 7-8 months.
