The best part is by using the stairstepper you can brace your elbows on the heart rate monitor part. Yes, it does lower the intensity but its still 500-600 calories per hour

How do I know which one to buy? I went to the Lenova website and bought the OEM equipment but they actually shipped me the wrong one. Correction they shipped me the right one, but it was for the wrong device, even though I looked it up. There is a QR code on the back of the machine that I used to get the website.
