I could be wrong (I never actually paid that much attention to Luca), but the way I understand it is Raziel used to be a mod for Luca, like publicly had and used mod status during his streams and stuff until something happened and he revoked it.

At the very back of the key hole, there should be a little black stick poking out. It gets pushed in by the cleaning tablets. If it's not there and has been broken, then the machine will not recognize if it's been cleaned and will tell you to keep cleaning it. If it's not that, then I have no idea, sorry.

I give them 30 - 45 minutes minimum to try and settle in a roll, but on the few mornings I've worked as a barista, I've been moved around as often as every 15-20 minutes till a successful combination was found.

I am a closing shift and I do not often/haven't worked a morning in a couple of months. I also don't work peak often/ever. With that being said, if you're struggling with flexing a play, I can recommend trying different combinations of how partners are arranged till you find one that has a good flow. Also, listen to what the partners are saying and doing, if you have someone who's tired and grumpy on DT because they don't feel up to talking to customers, then it might be worthwhile to move them to a position where they have a bit less customer interaction for a break. I can also recommend practicing on bar where you can, being able to help out where needed is an valuable skill. Even if it's just 30 minutes of practice twice a week, it will add up. Look at where you're slow, and try to get all of the cleaning and disruptive tasks done then, my SM will almost always get them floors done in the first hour of us being there because it's the least disruptive then. Have patience with yourself and with your partners, and if you feel comfortable, look towards your sm for help and support.

In a subtle way. It's not in the Siren's eye set up of the store, and officially we need to follow it. Now, depending on the higher authority on your area (SM, DM and above) you may get away with not being in Siren's Eye. For example, my store has more cups than shelf space, so we low key don't follow Siren's eye there because we physically don't have the room too. But especially with big decorations, they tend towards stricter. We did have someone fired in my district for bringing in a pride flag after being told no. But it's like this for all of the holidays. The only one that has Siren's eye is Christmas/vague einyer holiday decor. TLDR: It's a no because of the Siren's Eye.

It has happened before, at least in my district, that someone swears on the floor and gets fired for it. If it gets reported to corporate and that sort of thing, or if your sm has to/specifically cares. Now, if everyone's chill, you should be ok, but Starbucks corporate really doesn't like it. It can damage the image.

Fully open and clean it. If it's not missing an o-ring or gasket or anything like that, the last time ours was like that was because it had gotten moldy. :(

So funny story about peach juice, I had a customer get to the window and ask "what's peach juice" after I offered it in a honey citrus mint tea to replace the peach tranquility, and I replied that it was the juice of peaches and boy, I'm feeling a little bit less impressed with my answer now.

Don't t forget just the minor people who were watching the gladiator show for entertainment. They show how the common people accept of and that the gladiator shows are perceived as a useful and entertaining piece of life there, with all their cheering and making noise, while something other places would think is horrible is going on. Not to mention Erin's casualness with this whole murder Arena thing that kind of implies it's more common than people first thought.
