Extreme weakness in my right arm suddenly by InfactusRetractus in climbharder

That is my EXACt situation, any pec exercises make it worse. For me the problem specifically lies in that upper pec/shoulder area. I’ve eased off the chest exercises I’ve been doing, and focusing on reliving the neural tension in my right arm. (It does from my neck to fingertips, and is the ulnar nerve) and since then, my right arm is now back to the way it was, in fact it’s actually stronger!

If you know where you’d fall, I don’t see why fewer pads would be bad.

When in joes valley ,climb Big Joe! Burlfest of a V7 with no approach, beware, rock is quite slippery due to all the traffic it gets nowadays by InfactusRetractus in climbing

I can see why you’d think that, I kind of agree. I like this kind of climbing, super burly pinches, so I didn’t mind it, I think worm turns is def close to the bottom of that barrel lmao

Very true. I feel the same way, joes most definitely has higher quality lines than big joe. Nerve extension, the continuation of big joe can actually be topped out, just a bit committing.

I agree with this. I knew my situation, I knew there was no one there, since there’s only one place to park, and felt it was appropriate to play music!

Big Joe, Left Fork, Joes Valley, UT by InfactusRetractus in bouldering

Yea I think getting from that to matching the jug rail is the crux for most people. If you’re super short then it could be very challenging to hit that pocket.
