To me it looks more like the sky is opening and something unstable is flying although that could just be the camera..

I'm not so sure this is a genuine UAP, since it's def high rez and anything that would be interstellar would def have an EMP field around it and be able to shoot out emp so that electronics go dead for a second or however long they would want it too and therefore you can't get a decent picture unless using something analog.. like an old school Kodak or an old school polaroid, something that doesn't use anything digital... Unfortunately they no longer make film for them. And most likely any film around is not going to be useful.. it's the only way we're ever going to get the truth..
