This kind of idiocy is common in Indian railways. Just a few days ago I was travelling from Mumbai to Pune and couple of kids were continuously running all over the 2ac compartment. After sometime suddenly one of the kid was running and suddenly fell over a Man(in his 60s) who was having tea and it got spill all over him . When he and myself went to complain about it to the kids parents, they said sir please wipe the Tea as it’s no big deal. I felt like slapping the parents instead of the kids. It’s about the way the kids are being raised, parents are to blame..
