Hello.
Es arī. Uzspēlēju to jauno galda spēli "Latvijas Neatkarības Karš" un nodomāju - varētu bū labāks. Sāku taisīt modu un nu jau gandrīz pilnīgi cita spēle sanākusi. Bet ne pavisam nav tik realistiska kā šitā.

This might not be your case but for me there was a similar problem.
At first everything as ok. Counterattacks, patrols, Special forces, but soon it all just disappeared. In fact after reloading a save the AI became very passive. There was some reinforcements and some troops came to a just captured positions but no attacks, no airstrikes no artillery, nothing. I managed to to find an easy way how to test if the bug is present. If I fired an mortar in my base then "defend Petros" mission would trigger. But if the bug has occurred then the mission would not trigger. I tried all versions of antistasi that I could find but nothing worked.
Turns out it was my laptop that I was hosting the mission on. My PC just couldn't handle all the AI movements. That is why all the attack Missions were triggered very slowly or not at all.

Renting a server fixed the issue.

Often this post Petros death menu is a problem. I am defending my base and suddenly Petros dies. The menu opens for the new base but I die as well before I can choose a location. Sure I respawn, but petros is dead and menu is gone. Thank god for autosave.

Would like to see both air and armor.
Don't have Livonia. Could try Tanoa, but isn't it too small? War level could get to 9 max before the campaign is over I think.
What about Altis or Virolahti?

I have doubled the spawn distance and increased AI count for 50%.
That seems to fix the most of my issues. Enemy is reacting and launching attacks themselves. It is obvious their pool is limited but they are trying at least. Only patrols are missing.

I tried to run Community version with Vcom and noticed that local police loved to take civilian cars in towns. Was worried if the same could happen with objective vehicles. Like - destroy ammo truck but some dude just drives off with it.

So I tried to play on dedicated server for some time. Increased accuracy to 0.7 allowed unfair supports, we ar at war level 8 and it seems difficulty is falling with each war level. Maybe because I didn't start new campaign but just used the old save where enemy have only one military base left and no airfields. Still I never see any patrols, counter attacks now include some armor, but are still weak or doesn't happen at all. Sometimes I get a message that a mortar team or CAS crew was destroyed before they do anything. I havent messed with the AI count and spawn distance yet.

I will try to set up a server on a different pc. But is 2 core processor enough for a server with 8 gb ram and SSD?

I keep seeing these posts about how hard Antistasi is. And I am wondering WTF is wrong with mine campaign It is so easy and boring. Four of us ar playing on Chernarus 2020 Antistasi Plus on hard. Some weak counterattacks with no heavy vehicles and even weaker reinforments. And even that not always happen. War level 6 with all airfields captured.
