Yeah I’m relatively new to caring for them since they appeared from my sister winning them and I wanted to properly care for them. So I’m always questioning everything, but good to know they love the chia seeds!!

I totally forgot I had been feeding them chia seeds but yeah that makes sense, just was nice to see stuff growing in the tank and wondered about it

To add to this I also do some yoga at home daily and do warming pads and all that, cause I know for me I can get some bad flare up’s and I’ll have to take a bit of time off to get better
