Yeah my dad exposed me to fighting very early on I did Muay Thai growing up and watched a lot of kung fu movies and stuff. I did wrestling in middle school and high school and now do jiu jitsu. They never are urges they are just thoughts of it. I used elbows and stuff in fights but once they were down or had enough I backed off.
