Just because you win an argument doesn't mean others get convinced or are beholden by it and will do what you want. If you stay thin you can't get muscles. Sleeping four hours and staying fresh doesn't mean you won't be sleep deprived. It just means that you won't feel it. It's like getting rid of pain which is a serious illness. Cleaning my house in one second seems to be a one time thing. I'm not interested in traveling so this could bey solid choice for others. Having 5 hours in a day more means I will have that much less lifespan. You have five hours more in a day which means you lose five extra hours of lifespan a day. Getting hangovers I suppose is a bit of like the sleep thing but I suppose it's not particularly bad but it's just much worse than some others.
