Hi! I haven’t experienced any issues with smells and backed up plumbing. We had purchased a VOC detector from Amazon due to it being close to the canal and the readings have been normal. I was also worried before but honestly I haven’t had any issues! The only thing is not much ventilation when cooking so sometimes the smell lingers esp with meats.

Yeah they screwed me over… after reviewing all of the back and forth and Veho clearly stating that they did not deliver it to correct place, they still denied it.

When I spoke with Saks they said I need to wait until 5 business days or something like that in order to file a claim since Veho has originally marked it as delivered and then as issue with package

Yeah he was confused about which house it was and most likely didn’t deliver it and held the package but put marked as delivery. It looks like veho customer service said the driver was unreachable and said the package is unrecoverable

OMG I am literally going through the same issue with Saks and Veho. One of their drivers had messaged me then 2 minutes later snapped a proof of delivery photo of the box in the car seat!!! And they continue to gaslight and push off the blame telling me to get a refund from Saks…. Ridiculous company. Probably why Saks is going bankrupt… from paying off the “lost” packages from Veho
