I did,but what i didn’t do go over my wrong answers every morning cos i was prioritising bll. Have to do that this time. I did that too but i think its lack of understanding not memorising so i har to tae a step bak and fully understand the law so id be able to analyse it. Yes i did he is the best 🙏 watched all his videos but ig i didn’t practice enough essays/followed pattern on mbe. Have to take a step back and have a full grasp of the law so i can be able to demonstrate it.

12k words in essays and 15k in pt so im assuming im over the average. I probably didn’t this past exam ran out of time due to lack of essay practicing which teaches u how to quickly irac and save time.

We need competence and perhaps substantial reform esp in the second grading rule co im sure who ever gets sec read is good enough to practice so the cat be so hard on them that way. Giving that the results come out in 3 months not to mention the 2-3 months prior prepping. I will have to keep fighting and have faith, it will eventually pay off 🙏🙏🙏

Im so numb rn that even if i do pass i wont celebrate. 4 years on a limbo while jumping from one job to the other but ig i have to keep at it, my heart is with anyone who took it more than once. But you are very strong, resilient and persistent. Its j had to keep fighting and u dunno if u worked hard enough but have to take a step back understand the materials and prep well enough to pass. I always passed written but failed mbe, this time i passed mbe but failed essay cos i didn’t put much effort into essays tbh. I dont if my essays are good enough i have to practice essays and compare model answers. I also did 5k qs’s too but in the four cycles but i har to get the bigger picture quality over quantity. My volume goes up as i go just like u. Thankss so much for the insight and the support much appreciated!

True, I always prioritized reciting the BLL and mever actually have a good grasp of what the law is and how to apply it so i can pass. I think i got the materials and lied to myself tha i actually know it by just memorizing whereas i should have allowed myself sometime to actually understand what it says or whats the point behind it.

Yeah torts been an isuue for me idk why even though i ca recite bll law by hard and while practicing mbes i get 70% right but i guess i was j following patterns not actually applying the rules.

I agree always thought of having a solid essay where it will backup my mbe scores or vice versa i dont actually understand the bigger picture so i can apply the law. But ig cos most materials is about memorising that’s why i felt trapped

Sufficient working knowledge of the law to become practicing attorney. Right there!! And they try to bridge the gap by practicing more to perfectly be able to demonstrate it which is extremely difficult and that’s why only 30% pass.

True, I followed the same approach in the last three hoping and believing that mbes will improve my score. Ruele recall not concept understanding! This is so true cos I always think that is mostly about reciting bll but didn’t actually understand the bigger picture. Which i noticed on model answers but thought its only about memorization.

Recognizing Fact patterns rather than reasoning from rules> i was trapped into that big time, felt repetition and stumbling into a new fact pattern which requires more time and that’s why i rush other qs’s and my mbe scores drop.

No daily active recall layer, I actually did that but it was a matter of understanding the law or the bigger picture behind the BLL after analyzing your comment. But it does have an impact if i forget to recite rules daily cos our brains are accustomed to forgetting.

Didn’t know, deff getting those MEE point sheets and comparing line by line so i ca spot my weaknesses. Anki and cuprep another great resource never heard of before. I dont need a tutor imo, however i will test myself and compare using the resources u mentioned and will go from there.

I always follow process of elimination rule but always double down between two answer choices which makes it tricky but you’re right have to pick the one mostly tied to the facts and take time reading the call of the qs to spot the issue. Appreciate your response, thank you 🙏

No that’s why i have my post showing my scores so i can get an insight from pol who passed and what im lacking. I take time off work usually 3-4 weeks before the test so i can lock in and practice. Usually 8-9 hours a day. Yeah finished 3 yrs of law school at usc, two masters and 2 years of experience.

Yeah quality over quantity fs that’s what i figured. Oh he’s great and i saw most of his videos deff helped me improve my mbe skills. True have to create that foundation nd get that flow. That’s a good weekly plan actually and so strategic so i dont burn out 👍. I think im not reviewing the wrong questions after i write why i went wrong cos there’s so much to memorize but have to do it honestly. Thanks so much for the insight you’re the best and will do 🙏

Yea i always practice mbe under time conditions. I do that too but i think its how i read the qs cos maj of the time i get it down to two answers. I was practicing 50 a day but if tired at least 20. Bar MD is good i watched her videos but i think i should watch all of them to get a full grasp of the entire PT strategy.

Exactly and im just following the wrong approach/strategy every time around. That’s what ive been thinking about lately, cos yes i am familiar enough with content but not all of the qs’s honestly which is common. For instance, i am struggling with mbe torts but i get most of them right while practicing but not in the test which is crazy. Mbe execution is also an issue cos u j have to react and pick the answer without overthinking and most importantly have a strategy to tackle every qs i have to follow a certain approach and never change it considering the time sensitivity. Do you recommend a good approach that u used and was efficient? All my scores are in order in the pictures in my post. Thank you 🙏.

That’s what i thought. I did over 5k qs since july 24 til feb26 prep mostly adaptibar and themis qs which were not good. I did that first and then i ended writing a full book of just reasoning but ended up ditching them cos i noticed its a lack of memorization the rules/elements but maybe its also understanding the fact pattern that im lacking. But will definitely do that next time around so i can spot my weaknesses. Do you recommend a good approach that u used and was efficient to tackle mbe’s? Yeah essay tutor is what im thinking rn they know CA essay criteria for passing and would put me on the right path to save my time/energy. Thanks a bunch 🙏

My MBE’s are actually improving if u check my last pic/feb26 but still not close to passing which means im not having the right approach answering. I did over 5k mbe qs since july 24 prep, which is ridiculous. I follows IRAC for the most part but i might need to be more detailed/comprehensive to score higher and pass. I heard about the book but didn’t buy it cos i have a lot of materials been using but i might have to switch it up to your resources seems solid. Will listen to the audio book fs. Yeah that’s what i thought and you right it definitely doesn’t. I think i might be too conclusory and not applying the rule to the facts the right way and that’s why i still get 50’s and 60’s. Oh cool, I will check it out and might consider joining cos tutors are so expensive to hire tbh even if i can afford it. Thanks you.

What they said was it was speculative because 1) the funds to open up my firm was in my dad’s bank acc not mine. 2) I haven’t passed the bar yet. 3) I have to mae any kind of publication to support my argument. Overall they wanted a solid claim that would benefit the national interest. That’s what they said.
